Online Filling Data for A.P. EMPLOYEES HEALTH CARDS

The A.P Treasuries Department in its website has introduced the application for Health Cards of Employees. Please follow the below steps for it.

1) Go to http://treasury.ap.gov.in
2) Click on Net Services to Public
3) Click on Employee Operations
4) Click on Health Card Application

      All the Employees have to feed their data and submit a print copy to the DDO.

(GENERAL RECRUITMENT)
RESULT NOTIFICATION
1. It is hereby notified that on the basis of the Written Examination held on 15/10/2011 & 16/10/2011 to the posts falling under Group-II Services, the candidates with the following Register Numbers have been provisionally admitted for the ORAL TEST (Interview), Subject to Court Orders, if any.
2. The candidates who are qualified for Interview are required to produce the Original Certificates along with one set of Photostat copies relating to Age, Qualifications, Community (Integrated), Latest
Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.Cs as per G.O.Ms.No.3 BC(W) (C2) Dept., dt.04/04/2006
(prescribed format hosted on website), Certificate relating to claim of age relaxation, Study certificate (from
4th class to 10th class) and if any, at the time of verification of documents, failing which, they will not be
admitted for interview. No requisition will be entertained for subsequent submission of any of the above certificates.
3. The verification of the certificates will be held at 8.00 AM in the Commission’s Office from
03/03/2012 to 31/03/2012. The eligible candidates will be admitted for the Oral Test to be held at 10.30 AM
on the same day. The interview schedule will be placed in the website separately. The candidates should
download the Interview call letter, Revised Vacancy Position, Check lists, Attestation Forms and other
Relevant forms from the Commission’s website from dt.25/02/2012 and should submit at the time of Oral
Test.
4. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars
furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Certificates, the results of such candidate / candidates shall

Pensioners New DA GO NO 32, dt.03.02.2012

Government hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Relief to pensioners sanctioned in the G.O. 9th read above from 29.960% to 35.952% from 01.07.2011 in respect of: -
(i) those who retired from service after 01.7.2008 and drawing pension in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010;
(ii) those who retired prior to 01.7.2008 and whose pension was consolidated in the light of orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above;
(iii) those who retired prior to 01.01.1996 drawing UGC Pay Scalesand whose pension was ordered to be consolidated in the light of orders issued in G.O. (P) No.95, Finance (Pen.I) Department, dated 01.08.2000 and
(iv) the monetary benefit of Dearness Relief now sanctioned above shall be with effect from the month of July, 2011.
2. Government also hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Relief from 99.852% to 111.156% with effect from 01.07.2011 to the Pensioners who are drawing their pension in Revised Pay Scales, 2005 and not consolidated in terms of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above.
3. Government also hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Relief from 116.974% to 126.79% with effect from 01.07.2011 to the Pensioners who are drawing their pension in Revised Pay Scales, 1999 and not consolidated in terms of the orders issued in G.O.(P) No.248, Finance (Pen.I) Department, dated 04.10.2005.
4. Government also hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Relief inrespect of pensioners who retired after 1.1.1996 drawing UGC Pay Scales 1996 from 115% to 127% with effect from 01.07.2011 since the Dearness Relief was regulated upto 1.1.2007 by merging 50% Dearness Relief with basic pension through G.O (P) No.183 Finance (Pen.I) Department dated 2.8.2007 based on the orders issued in G.O. (P) No.173 Finance (PC.I) Department dated 23.7.2007.
5. Government also hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Relief to the pensioners who retired while drawing UGC Pay Scales 2006 from 01-01-2006 from 51% to 58% with effect from 01-07-2011.
6. Government also hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Relief sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.4 Law (Law & J-SC.F) Department dated 06.01.2011 to the Pensioners who drawing pension as per Justice E.Padmanabhan Committee report from 51% to 58% with effect from 01-07-2011.
7. These orders are applicable to:
(1) (a) All Government Pensioners in receipt of Service Pensions, Family Pensions under Revised Pension Rules, 1951, Andhra Pradesh Liberalised Pension Rules, 1961 and Andhra Pradesh Government
Servants (Family Pension) Rules, 1964.
(b) Teaching and Non-Teaching pensioners of Municipalities, Panchayat Raj Institutions and Aided Educational Institutions, in receipt of pensions under the Andhra Pradesh Liberalised Pension Rules, 1961
and Andhra Pradesh Government Servants (Family Pension) Rules, 1964.
(c) Teaching and Non-Teaching staff in Aided Educational Institutions in receipt of pensions under the Contributory Provident Fund-cum- Pension and Gratuity Rules, 1961 and Andhra Pradesh Liberalised
Pension Rules, 1961.
(d) Those drawing family pensions under G.O.Ms.No.22, Finance & Planning (FW: Pen.I) Department, dated 16.1.1971, G.O.Ms.No.104, Finance & Planning (FW: Pen.I) Department, dated 13.4.1973 and
G.O.Ms.No.25, Finance & Planning (FW: Pen.I) Department, dated 2.2.1974.
(e) Pensioners in receipt of Compassionate Pension under the rules for Compassionate Pensions and Gratuities in the Hyderabad Civil Services Rules; and
(f) Those in receipt of Pensions under the Wound and Extraordinary Pension Rules.
(2) Jagir and Estate Pensioners and
(3) Pensioners governed by Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980.
8. These orders are not applicable to the financial assistance grantees and others who are not entitled to Dearness Relief.
9. Ready Reckoner showing the Dearness Relief payable to the State Pensioners in terms of these orders is annexed.
10. The amount of Dearness Relief shall be rounded off to the next rupee.
11. The arrears of the Revised Dearness Relief to Pensioners shall be paid along with the pension of February, 2012 payable in March, 2012.
12. In the event of death of the pensioner after 01.07.2011 the arrears of Dearness Relief shall be paid to the legal heirs in lumpsum at a time duly following Treasury Procedure.
13. All the Treasury Officers/ Pension Payment Officers shall work out and make payments of the Dearness Relief on Pension sanctioned in this order without waiting for further authorization/ instructions from the Accountant General (A&E), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.Ms.No.270, Finance & Planning (FW: PSC.I) Department, dated 7.10.1986.
14. The expenditure is allocable among the various States in accordance with provisions of Rule 24 of the incidence of pension rules in Appendix III-B of the Andhra Pradesh Accounts Code, Volume-I.
15. The categories of employees who are not covered for payment through the Treasuries, the expenditure shall be debited to the Pension Funds of Zilla Parishads and Pension funds of the respective Municipal Councils in so far as the Non-Teaching, Non-Government Pensioners of the Municipalities are concerned and the relevant Head of Account of Government in so far as the teachers are concerned.
16. In respect of the Pensioners of the Universities the expenditure on account of the Dearness Relief now sanctioned above shall be met from the Block Grantsallotted to them.

Government hereby order the revision of rate of Dearness Allowance sanctioned
in the G.O. 20th read above to the State Government employees in the Andhra Pradesh
Revised Pay Scales, 2010 from 29.96% of the basic pay to 35.952% of basic pay from 1st
July 2011.
2. The Dearness Allowance sanctioned in the above para shall also be payable to
to:
i) The employees of Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, Gram Panchayats,
Municipalities, Municipal Corporations, Agricultural Market Committees and
Zilla Grandhalaya Samasthas, Work Charged Establishment, who are drawing
pay in a regular scale of pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010 and to the full time
contingent employees whose remuneration has been revised from Rs.3850/- to
Rs.6700/- per month vide G.O.Ms.No.171, Finance (P.C.III) Department, dated
13.05.2010.
ii) Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Aided Institutions including Aided
Polytechnics who are drawing pay in a regular scale of pay in the Revised Pay
Scales, 2010.

iii) Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Universities including the Acharya N.G.
Ranga Agricultural University, the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
who are drawing pay in a regular scale of pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010.
3.1. Government also hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Allowance in
respect of State Government employees drawing the Revised U.G.C Pay Scales, 2006, from
51% to 58% of the basic pay with effect from 1st July 2011.
3.2. The above rate of Dearness Allowance is also applicable to:
(i) the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff of Government and Aided Affiliated
Degree Colleges who are drawing pay in the Revised U.G.C Pay Scales,
2006.
(ii) the Teaching staff of the Universities including the Acharya N.G. Ranga
Agricultural University and the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
and the Teaching staff of Govt. Polytechnics who are drawing pay in the
Revised UGC/AICTE Pay Scales,2006.
4.1. Government also hereby order the revision of rates of Dearness Allowance in
respect of State Government employees drawing the Revised U.G.C Pay Scales, 1996, from
115% to 127% of the basic pay with effect from 1st July 2011, as DA equivalent to 50%
Basic Pay was already merged through G.O.Ms.No.9, Higher Education (U.E.I) Department,
dated: 8-2-2006 and G.O.(P)No.173, Finance (PC.I) Department, dated:23.07.2007.
4.2. The above rate of Dearness Allowance is also applicable to:
(i) the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff of Government and Aided Affiliated
Degree Colleges who are drawing pay in the Revised U.G.C Pay Scales,
1996.
