Tribal Welfare Department – Rules – Subordinate Rules

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following special rules for the Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Subordinate Service. The Special and Adhoc rules mentioned below as amended from time to time in so far as they relate to the posts covered by this service are hereby repealed.

While communicating a copy of the letter of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad in the references RC.No. 87/B-2/2008 Dated: 17-05-2011 from the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad., all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take action immediately, to preserve Earned Leave for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation as per leave rules.
