APTET, JANUARY 2012 NOTIFICATION FOR ONLINE
APPLICATIONS
Online applications are invited
from the candidates who intend to be teachers for classes to I to VIII in
schools in Andhra Pradesh for appearance at second Andhra Pradesh Teacher
Eligibility Test (PTET-January, 2012 to be conducted by Department of School
Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh on 8th January 2012 (Sunday)
in all 23 Districts of the State.
APTET is applicable to all
candidates who apossess D.Ed., B.Ed., and Language Pandit or equivalent
qualifications and to all candidates appearing for final year of D.Ed., B.Ed.,
& Language Pandit or equivalent qualifications before 07.01.2012 with requisite
percentage of marks obtained by candidates as given in information bulletin of
APTET and who aspire to become teachers for classes I to VIII in the Schools of
the State Government, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad, Municipality, Private
aided schools and Private Unaided schools in Andhra Pradesh. However, the
candidates intending to seek employment as a teacher in private unaided schools
shall have the option of appearing at CTET conducted by Central Government
through CBSE instead of APTET if they so desire. The candidates who did not
qualify in the 1st APTET HELD ON 31ST July 2011 can also
apply for this second APTET. Further, the candidates who got qualified in the
first APTET of July 2011 can also apply for 2nd APTET if they desire
for improvement in their previous TET score.
The test (APTET) will be
conducted in 2papers viz. Paper-I & Paper-II . The candidates who intend to
be teachers for classes I to V have appear at Paper-I and the candidates
intending to be teachers for classes VI to VIII have to appear for Paper-II.
The candidates who intend to be teachers for all classes from I to VIII can
appear for both papers, Paper-I &
Paper-II.
DATE AND TIMINGS OF 2ND
APTET:
APTET will be conducted on
January 8th, 2012 (Sunday) in all the Districts of State. The
duration and timings of the test are given below
Paper –I : 9.30am to 12.00 noon (
duration 2 ½ hours )
Paper – II : 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm (
duration 2 ½ hours )
Fee for Submission of application online :
The fee for appearing for APTET online including examination
fee si Rs.300.00 for only paper – I or only Paper-II or both. Candidates can
pay the fee through APONLINE or e-Seva contres between 31.10.2011 to 25.11.2011
and submit online application at the APTET website http://aptet.cgg.gov.in between 01.11.2011 and 26.11.2011.
Procedure for submission of application online :
Detailed procedure of applying ONLINE is given in the
information Bulletin, Candidates can download the “INFORMATION BULLETIN” free
of cost from the APTET website http://aptet.cgg.gov.in
from 31.10.2011. Candidates can submit their applications online form

Examination Centers for APTET January, 2012 :
APTET shall be conducted in all
the 23 districts of the state. Candidate can choose any examination centre
(District) of his choice. However, when the capacity of any particular
examination centre (District) get exhausted that particular examination centre
(District) will not be displayed in the list of examination centers given in
the online application form. In such case the candidate has to choose examination
centre (District) of his/her choice from the remaining list available.
Eligibility Criteria :
The candidates at the time of
applying for APTET, January, 2012 should be in possession of the minimum
qualifications prescribed for a teacher for I to V classes (Paper-I) and VI to
VIII classes (Paper-II) as given in Information Bulletin. The candidates who
are pursuing respective Teacher Education Courses can also appear for APTET
January, 2012 to be held on 08.01.2012 provided they appear for the Final Year
Examinations of the respective Teacher Education Course on or before
07.01.2012.

prescribed for APTET are provided in the information Bulletin.
Structure and Content of APTET :
a a) The
structure and content of each part of Paper-I and Paper-II of second APTET with
break up of 150marks for each part of the paper are given in the information
Bulletin.

Pass Criteria in TET :
APTET January, 2012 Results will
be declare within four weeks from the date of conduct of test. The cariteria
for considering pass in APTET is as follows :

Note : Physically Handicapped
with at least 40% handicap only will be considered in respect of Visually
Handicapped and Orthopedically Handicapped. With regard to Hearing Impaired, minimum
75% handicap will be considered under PH category.
Validity Period of TET
certificate / Marks Memo :
APTET certificate / Marks Memo
shall be valid for a period of 7 years from the date of TET examination in
accordance with NCTE Guidelines.
Weightage for APTET Scores in
selection in District Selection Committee (DSC) Recruitments
20% weightage will be given to
APTET scores in the ensuing Teacher Recruitments of the State Government i.e.,
20% weightage is for APTET score and 80% weightage for written test in Teacher
Recruitment Test (TRT) for drawing up selection list.

The last date to pay the Tenth Class SSC, OSSC and Vocational examination fee is Nov,5th,2011
Fee details :
Rs.125/- for all subjects and 3 or more subjects for all regular students.
Rs.110/- for 3 or less subjects
Pvt students have to pay Rs.650 as attendance fee
Other last dates for paying fee with Penalty are :
Rs.50/- till Nov.11
Rs. 200/- till Nov.25
Rs. 500/- till Dec.9

Description of GO Ms No 240, Dt.28.10.2011
Employees belonging to Gazetted and Non- Gazetted Officers of different Associations in the Telangana region went on strike from 13th September, 2011 onwards with certain demands. Contract employees/Outsourced employees also joined them. The strike has been called off after an agreement was entered into between the TJAC representatives and the Government. In accordance with para 8 of the agreement relating to the payment of advance to the striking employees who have re-joined duty on 25-10-2011, the following instructions are issued for immediate compliance:-
01.
Regarding the salary for the period of absence, the Government will have to enforce’ No work No Pay’ as detailed in the reference 1st cited.
02.
As a special case to avoid hardship to the employees, a special advance to the extent of salary loss suffered on account of employee’s participation in the strike subject to a maximum of one month’s salary will be granted. This shall be sanctioned on the basis of the eligible salary of August 2011.
03.
The amount of advance will be recovered as decided by the Government subsequently.
04.
The employees who would like to avail one month advance will have to submit an Application in the format enclosed as Annexure to this Order to their respective Head of the office.
05.
The advance shall be admissible to those employees who went on strike from 13-09-2011 or later and who joined duty on 25th October, 2011.
06.
This advance is admissible to the employees of Govt./Local Bodies/Aided Institutions.
07.
The expenditure on payment of advance under this Order shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 7610-Loans to Government Servants etc., 800-Other Advances- SH (80)-Other Advances –D.H.-001-Other Advances.

The following are the due dates for remittance of Examination fee for Regular / Once failed / Private candidates without school study appearing for the first time and Private candidates appearing from Outside the State and Outside Countries, for the SSC Public Examinations to be held in March, 2012. All recognized schools Heads of institutions have to remit the fee in the prescribed Treasury Challan only enclosing a list of candidates to it

- Fee for Regular candidates for all subjects is Rs.125/-
- Fee for upto three and less than 3 subjects is Rs.110/-

- Attendance exemption fee for Private candidates without school study is Rs.650/- in addition to the Examination fee.
- Special fee of Rs.650/- to be paid by the Outside State/ Outside Country candidates in addition to attendance exemption fee and Examination fee. The Outside State / Country candidates appearing for the first time for SSC Public Examinations, March, 2012 have to seek prior permission of Director of Government Examinations with relevant documents before remitting the Examination & Other fee. For more details, the Outside State / Country candidates may contact the respective District Educational Officer.
- Fee for Vocational candidates is Rs.60/- in addition to Regular Examination fee of Rs.125/- prescribed for SSC academic courses.
- OMR cum ICR application forms have to be used for March 2012, Exams, which will be supplied to schools.
- The candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes who are appearing for SSC March 2012 for the first time as Regular candidates and whose parental income does not exceed Rs.24,000/- per annual in urban areas and Rs.20,000/- or land holding not exceeding 2.5 Acres wet land / 5 acres dry land in Rural areas are exempted from the payment of examination fee. As such, the Headmasters are requested to satisfy themselves about the Parental income by insisting upon a certificate issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer as per rules.
- All the Heads of Secondary Schools in the State are instructed to take ut most care to incorporate Mother’s name in addition to Father’s name in Manuscript Nominal Rolls and OMR cum ICRs forms for SSC Public Examinations, March 2012, as per the Govt. Memo. No. 7679/PE-Ser-II/A2/2010., dt: 14-09-2010.
