Paper-I                                         Max Marks   : 50                    Time: 2 1/2Hrs.

Topic /Chapters/Units included in this paper are :

1. Statements and Sets
2. Functions
3. Polynomials
4. Linear Programming
5. Real Numbers
6. Progressions

This Ppaer I consists two parts i.e. Part "A" and Part "B"
(This part A consists four (4) sections, i.e. Sections I to IV


Part "A"                                   35Marks                                    Time : 2hrs.

(Short Answer Questions)

Answer any five questions choosing at least two (2) from each of the following two groups i.e. groups A & B


"A" Group
under this Group "A" 4 Questions (i.e. questions 1 to 4) are to be given covering the following Topics / Chapters.

1. Statements and Sets
2. Functions
3. Polynomials

(Minimum of one question from each topic)

"B" Group
Under this Group "B", 4 questions (i.e. questions 5 to 8) are to be given covering the following Topics/Chapters.


   4. Linear Programming
   5. Real Numbers
   6. PRogressions

General Format

for Non-Language subjects :

Each subject shall consist 2 papers of 50marks each for 2 1/2hours.

Each paper again shall have 2 parts i.e., Part A and Part B.

PART - "A" : 2 hours

PART - "A" shall consist the following sections

Section - I

                                                                                                                                 5x2=10

Answer any five questions choosing at least two (2) from each group.

"A" Group : 4 Questions Answers should be numbers as 1 to 4

"B" Group : 4 Questions Answers should be numbered (5-8)

Section - II

                                                                                                                                            4x1=4

Answer any four questions from the following (6) questions

(Answers should be numbered as 9 to 14)

Section - III

                                                                                                                                          4x4=16

Answer 4 Questions choosing 2 from each group

"A" Group 4 Question (Qn. Nos. 15 to 18)

"B" Group 4 Question (Qn. Nos. 19 to 22)

Section - IV

Answer any one question from the following (2Questions) Questions numbered as (23 &24)

Group "A" questions in section I and III shall be on the same contect / area / branch

Similarly Group "B" questions in section I and III shall be on the same contect / area /branch. 

Section IV shall consist the questions on skill objective of the subject.

Part "B" 1/2Hours

Consisting 30 items of objective type as detailed below

I. Questions 1 to 10 - Muiltiple choice items.

II. Questions 11 to 20 - Fill in the blanks items

III. Questions 21 to 30 - Matching type items.
