Real Nutritional Values in Mid Day Meal Programme

National Programme of Mid Day Meal in Schools (MDMS) is a flagship programme of the Government of India aiming at enhancing enrolment, retention and attendance and simultaneously improving nutritional levels among children studying in Government, Local Body and Government-aided primary and upper primary schools and the Centres run under Education Guarantee Scheme (EGS)/Alternative & Innovative Education (AIE) and National Children Labour Project (NCLP) schools of all areas across the country. MDM is also served in drought-affected areas during summer vacation also.

Cooked mid-day meals provides

To achieve the objectives of the Scheme, the guidelines prescribe the following nutritional content in the mid day meal: 
Components Primary Upper Primary
Calories 450 Cal 700 Cal
Protein 12 gms. 20 gms.
Micro-nutrients Adequate quantities of micro-nutrients like Iron, Folic Acid , Vitamin-A etc.

SHOOTING ACADEMEY
He started his own shooting academy [Gun for Glory] in Pune to help train talented shooters and provide better pathways. "I have seen a lot of struggle in the initial days of my career. My father had to sell his land, where he had planned to build a house. He had to sell it to buy a rifle for me. After I got medals at the international level, people used to ask me about where to send their kids for shooting and I had nothing to suggest. Today, I am in a position to give it back to the society. INDIAN FIRST

EARLY DAYS
At the age of four, he was at the beach with his parents in Chennai when he pointed excitedly at a balloon seller. It was not the coloured balloons that caught his attention however, but the rifle that was offered to shoot them. He shot a few balloons and his journey as an international marksman had begun. Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into the first year of its six year integrated programme 2012, leading to B.Tech. degree, at it's three RGUKT (IIITs) located at Basar, Nuzvid and R.K. AMENDMENT
“The following proviso shall be added under sub-rule (3) of rule 9 of the A.P.
Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2012 and the same shall be deemed to
have come into force with effect from 16.06.2012.
‘Provided, for the purpose of transfer counseling being taken up in July, 2012
all the vacancies of Secondary Grade Teachers shall be notified without blocking
any vacancy, however, the Secondary Grade Teachers who are transferred under
Transfer Counseling shall be relieved subject to the condition that there shall be
50% of regular teachers (fraction shall be treated as One) working in the school
and also only the senior most Secondary Grade Teachers shall be relieved.
Examples:
1. If only one Secondary Grade Teacher is working in the School and got
transfer he / she shall not be relieved without substitute.
2. If two Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the School and got
transfer, the junior in the school shall not be relieved without substitute.
3. If three Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the School and got
transfer, the two juniors in the school shall not be relieved without
substitute.
4. If four Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the school and got
transfer, the two juniors in the school shall not be relieved without
substitute.
5. Like wise, if eleven Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the school
and got transfer, the six juniors in the school shall not be relieved without
substitute.

CBSE gives Overall Points: Add the Subjects wise Grades Points, then Dived by No. of Subjects.
Example: Kumar gets 3Subjects with 30 Grade Points + 3Subjects with 27 Grade Points=57 the Total  Grades Points Divide by 6(subjects)= 9.5 is Kumar's Overall Points.
The CTGPA in CBSE:
Cumulative Grade Point Average is called CGPA system.
This is a good system in Grades the 550 Mark Student is equal to 600 Mark Student, so to avoid this different the CGPA is implementing. With this system the 600 Student will benefit with this, why?
The 550 mark students if get A-2 in any 1 Subject, here he did not equals with 600 mark student, here the Marks will calculate with each and every subject Grade Points.

PROCEDURE OF SSC RE-VERIFICATION CUM SUPPLY OF XEROX COPIES OF VALUED ANSWER SCRIPTS

RE-VERIFICATION CUM SUPPLY OF XEROX COPIES OF VALUED ANSWER SCRIPTS   As per Govt. Memo No.17593/Prog-1/A1/2009, dt.21.10.2010 reverification and supply of Xerox copies of valued answer scripts for 1st language and 2nd language was introduced. The fee for reverification of valued answer script and issue of Xerox copy is Rs.1000/- per subject.   SCOPE OF REVERIFICATION
  • Answer paper will not be revalued
  • Answers awarded with zero marks will be taken into account
  • Unvalued answers will be taken into account
  • Verification and Posting of marks to answers and if they are missed in carrying over to the title page, those marks will be taken into account.
  • correctness of totals
  At the same time the marks will be retotalled and there is change if any, the same will be intimated to the candidate for correction in SSC certificate. The system of issue of Xerox copy is inclusive of recounting.
