ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ గవర్నమెంట్ స్కూల్ పిల్లలకు జవహర్ బాల ఆరోగ్య రక్ష పదకాన్ని నవంబర్ 14 నుండి ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో గల విద్యర్డులందరికి ఉచితం గా ఆరోగ్య పరీక్షలు చేస్తారు మరియు తీవ్రమైన రోగాలకి చికిస్త ఉచితంగా చేస్తారు దీనికి అగు ఖర్చును గవర్నమెంట్ భరిస్తుంది. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని స్కూల్ లో ఎలా నిర్వహించాలో మరియు టీచర్ యొక్క విధులు ఈ కార్యక్రమం పట్ల ఏవిధంగా ఉంటాయో చూడండి

ముఖ్య / ప్రధానోపద్యయుడు / ప్రదానోపద్యయురాలు యొక్కవిధులు
 DUTIES OF HEAD MASTER OR HEADMISTRESS 
1 . బదిలూని అందరి విద్యార్ధుల ఆరోగ్య పరీక్షలకు  పూర్తి బాద్యత వహించాలి .
1.Is to responsible on the Health check-up of every child in the school. 
2. తరగతి ఉపాద్యాయులు విద్యార్దుల ఆరోగ్య రికార్డులను తగు రీతిన బడిలో భద్రపరచుట.
2. Is to store the Health records of every student in the school by the class teacher.
3. తన స్కూల్ పరిధిలో గల స్కూల్ విద్యకు అర్హులైన ప్రతి విద్యార్దికి వారి ఆరోగ్య పరీక్షలు మరియు రికార్డు పొందుటకు వీలుకల్పించుట.
3. Is to help the students to get their Health Check up's and records who were eligible for school education in his school. 

తరగతి ఉపాద్యాయుడు యొక్క విధులు

                                                            DUTIES OF CLASS TEACHER :  

1 . తన తరగతిలోని ప్రతి విద్యార్ధి తన ఆరోగ్య రికార్డు పొందేలా చూచుట.

1. Is to see that every student has to posses their health records in his class.
2 . విధుల బృందం బడిని సందర్సిన్చుటకు ముందే ప్రతీ విద్యార్ది ఆరోగ్య రికార్డు ను వ్రాసి ఉంచుట. మరియు వారు భర్తీ  చేయవలసిన విషయములు నింపుటలో అవసరమైనచో MPHA (F/M) సహకారం తీసుకొనుట. 
2. To see that every studenthas to take their health records one day before the doctor's come to the school and if needed in the filling of health progress card hey can take the help of MPHA (F/M).
౩.పాటశాల ఆరోగ్య సందర్సన వేళలో విద్యార్దుల తల్లిదండ్రులను పాతసాలకు పిలిచి వారి పిల్లల ఆరోగ్య స్తితిగతులను తెలిసికొని ఆ విషయాలను ఆ విద్యార్ధి ఆరోగ్య రికార్డు లో సంతకాలు చేయుంచుట 
3.During the Health inspection of school they has to welcome the every parent and has to take the Health status of their child and has to note down on the health records and has to take the signature. 
4 . విద్యార్దులు స్కూల్ ను విడుచు సమయంలో వారి ఆరోగ్య రికార్డు వారి తల్లిదండ్రులకు మరియు ప్రదానోపద్యయుడు / రాలు కు తెలిపి అందచేయాలి . 
4. When the student leaves the school they has to given their health records with the premission of their parents and Headmaster / mistress.
5 . ఆనారోగ్యం దృష్ట్యా  ఎవరైనా విద్యార్దులు వారము కన్నా ఎక్కువ రోజులు బడికి హాజరుకానిచో ఆ విద్యార్దుల వివరములను తదుపరి చెర్యలు కొరకు ప్రధానోపద్యయుడు / రాలు మరియు నియమిత MPHA (F/M)కు తెలియజేయవలెను 
5. If any student absents the school about one week or more with illness. The information of that student has to be taken and has to inform to the Headmaster and to the appointed MPHA (F/M).
6 . శిక్షణ కరదీపిక లో పొందుపరచిన విధంగా ఆరోగ్య విద్యను పిల్లలకు బోదించాలి. అవసరమైనచొ MPHA (F/M) లు మరియు ఇతర ఆరోగ్య సిబ్బంది సహకారం తీసుకొనుట.
6. The students has to explain the every point stored int he training manual. If needed can take the help of MPHA (F/M) and other Health Staff.

 

ప్రాధమిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రం ( PHC ) వైద్యాధికారి యొక్క విధులు 

DUTIES OF THE MEDIAL OFFICER ( Primary Health Center )

1 . పాటశాల ఆరోగ్య సందర్సనకు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి 

1. Is to take action on the school Health Inspection.

2 . తన ప్రాధమిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రం పరిధిలో గల 6 -15 సంవచరాల వయస్సుగాల ప్రతీ బాలిక / బాలురు కి పాటశాల విద్యను ( అబ్యాసిన్చువారు / అభ్యసిమ్చని వారు ) సంపూర్ణ ఆరోగ్య పరిక్షలు నిర్వహించాబదేలా చూసుకోవాలి. 

2. Every 6-15 years Girl/Boy ( Inschool / OUt of school) has to see that every student has to take complete Health check up in his PRimary Health Centre area.

౩. విద్యా సం .లో రెండుసార్లు ప్రతీ విద్యార్ధికి ఆరోగ్య పరిక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి. 

3. In an academic year every student has to take 2 times Medical Checkup. 

4 . ఈ క్రింది పేర్కొన్న పనులు ప్రతీ నెల ఒక నిర్దేశిత దినంలో నిర్వహించుట MPHA (F/M) నియమించుట . 

4. The following points has to be done every month in one scheduled day. MPHA (F/M) has to be appointed. 

(ఏ) శిక్షణ కరదీపిక లో పొందుపరచిన విధంగా ఆరోగ్య విద్యను MPHA (F/M) లు మరియు ఇతర ఆరోగ్య సిబ్బంది భోదిన్చునట్లు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి. 

(A). To take care that every MPHA(F/M) and other staff has to explain the points stored in the training manual. 

(బీ) చిన్న చిన్న రుగ్మతలకు చికిస్త చేయుట.

(B) Check up for illness.

( సి ) రేఫెరాల్ కేసు వివరములును విద్యార్ధి ఆరోగ్య రికార్డు లో నమోడుచేయుట 

(C) The students referal case information has to be stored in Health record.

5 . విద్యార్ధి ఆరోగి సమాచారం మొత్తం ఎప్పటికప్పుడు విద్యార్ధి ఆరోగ్య రికార్డు లో నమోదు చేయుట. 

5. The students health information has to be store in the health record up to date.

6 . ప్రతీ మంగళవారం స్కూల్ లో ఆరోగ్య రేఫెరాల్ రోజుగా నిర్దేసిన్చాబదినండున ఆ రోజున MPHA (F/M) గుర్తించిన విద్యార్ధుల స్తితిగతులను సమీక్ష్మిచుట కు వీలు కల్పించుట. 

6. As every Tuesday is  allotted as an Health referel day. In that day MPHA (M/F) noticed students has to be check heir Health. 

7 . అనారోగ్య రీత్యా ఎక్కువ కాలం స్చూల్కి హాజరుకానటువంటి విద్యార్దులు చికిస్త కొరకు సంభందిత డాక్టర్ని సంప్రదించుటకు ఎర్పతులు చేయుట .

7. In case of any student absents the school many day with illness they has to be helped to consult the doctor.

గమనిక ;

1 .  ఈ ఆరోగ్య రికార్డ్లో నమోదు చేయబడిన సమాచారం గోప్యంగా ఉంచవలెను. విద్యార్ధి తల్లిదండ్రులు, చికిస్త చేయు వైద్యుడు / ఆరోగ్య  రక్షణ కల్పించువారికి తప్ప ఇతరులేవరికి ఈ సమాచారం ఇవ్వరాదు. 

2 .  స్కూల్ పరిధిలోకి వచ్చే స్కూల్ విద్యనభ్యసించని పిల్లలు కూడా ఈ విద్యార్ధి ఆరోగ్య రికార్డ్ను జారిచేయవలెను . 

Note : 

1. The information in the Health record has tobe kept secret. the information has to be given only for the student, parents, Doctor who treats and who take care health of the students.

2. The pupil who comes under the school and who does not takes the school education has to give the Health record.
