Issue of Duplicate Certificate
10 వ తరగతి పాస్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ను డూప్లికేటు  పొందటం ఏ విధంగా ?
కొంత మంది విద్యార్దులు ముక్యంగా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతం వారు వారియొక్క ౧౦ తరగతి పాస్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ను పోగొట్టుకొని డూప్లికేటు సర్టిఫికేట్ కొరకు వచ్చినపుడు చాలా మంది టీచర్స్ కి కూడా విధాన తెలియక ఇబ్బంది పడే స్నాదర్భాలు చాలా కలవు ఈ డూప్లికేటు పాస్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఏ విధంగా పొందాలో ఇక్కడ వివరించడం జరిగినది దీనికి గవర్నమెంట్ వారు జి ఓ ను అనుసరించి ఆ జి ఓ

    The following instructions are issued for the preparation and issue of duplicate copies of Secondary School Certificate in cases where the original has been satisfactorily accounted for :
   
  1. The fee for a duplicate copy of Secondary School Certificate shall be Rs.25/-.
  2. The amount shall be remitted into a Government Treasury to the credit of "077 Education (B) Secondary Education (i) Tuition and Other Fee- Examination – Fee- Examination by the Commissioner" and the receipt thereof should be enclosed to the application form and handed it over to the Headmaster of the school where the candidate last studied along with following other document, etc.
  1. Application for the issued of duplicate copy of certificate in the prescribed form.
  2. Treasury challan for the prescribed fee
  3. An affidavit on a stamp paper worth Rs.50-00 ( to be attested by Munsif/Magistrate).
  4. A declaration regarding the suspension ir cancellation of the certificate previously issued by the competent authority.
  5. An identification certificate from the Headmaster of the school through whom he applies for the issue of a duplicate certificate to the effect that he is the same person to whom the original certificate has been issued.
  6. On receipt of the application along with the above documents the Headmaster after satisfying himself as to the correctness of the particulars furnished in the application etc., will forward the proposals along with his remarks to the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education.

  1. Conduct of Assembly and prayer in the morning.
  2. Attending to correspondence work, making of courts, issue of games equipment to games boys (morning session)
  3. Taking instructional period in the time table and wearing proper uniform
  4.  Conduct of participation periods Mass Drill periods, optional periods, special coaching after school hours.
  5. Assisting the Medical Officer in conducting the medical examination.
    • Maintenance of individual health records.
    • Follow up action 
    • Teaching of health habits
     6. Teaching of physical efficiency tests for all students during working hours of the Schoo twice in an academic year.
7. Classification of sudents and conduct of intramurals.
8. Preparation of School teas for inter-school competition on tournaments.
9. Maintenance of records and registers (Stock Register, Fundamental Skills Register, Attendance Register, Stock of Games and Sports Material, maintenance of individual health records register Files and unserviceable articles register.

10. Stock Verification, auction and condemnation of articles.
11. Settling of accounts and submission of vouchers for the year.
12. Conduct of National importance days and sports day or school day.
13.Safety preservation of games material during vacation.
14. Maintenance of good relationship with students, staff and public.
15. He should assist the Heads of the institution in maintaining discipline especially during school function.

General Holidays and Optional Holidays for the Year 2011

The following Notification shall be published in the next issue of Andhra Pradesh extra-ordinary Gazette:

NOTIFICATION

    The Government of Andhra Pradesh direct that the days specified in Annexure-I(A) shall be observed as General Holidays by all the State Government Offices excluding the holidays falling on Sundays shown in Annexure-I(B) and Optional Holidays shown in Annexure-II(A) except the Optional Holidays falling on Sundays shown in Annexure II(B), during the year 2011.
 
    The State Government directs that all offices under State Government shall remain closed on all Sundays and Second Saturdays in all the months during the year 2011.

    In addition to the above mentioned General Holidays in Annexure.1(A), the State Government employees may avail themselves of Optional Holidays not exceeding FIVE during the year 2011 on the festival/occasions specified in Annexure-II(A) to this order, at their option and irrespective of the religion to which the festival pertains. Permission to avail any of these holidays should be applied for, in writing in advance and will normally be granted by the Superior Officers competent to grant casual leave except when the presence of an individual employee considered necessary in exigencies of Government work.
 
    The Government also directs that General Holidays shall not ipso-facto apply to the Industrial Establishment and Public Undertakings under the control of the State Government, the workmen engaged in Public Works Departments and Educational Institutions in this State. Separate orders regarding the festivals/occasions when these Institutions to observe holidays shall be issued by the concerned Administrative Department of the Secretariat.
 
    If there is any change of date in respect of Idu'l Fitr, Idu'l Zuha, Muharram and Id-e-Milad as per the moon sight or any other holiday declared now, it shall be announced through electronic/print media. All the Departments of Secretariat, Heads of Departments and District Collectors shall take action according to such an announcement and without waiting for formal order about the change of date.
