The University invites applications for Admission into M.Ed., B.Ed and B.Ed (Special Education), 2011-12 through Entrance Test.

M.Ed (Recognised by NCTE)	2 years	English	1. Candidate should be an Indian citizen residing in AP. 2. Candidates should have obtained at least 55% of marks in aggregate in B.Ed / B.EI.Ed. However 5% of marks will be relaxed in case of SC/ ST candidates. 3. The candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as on 1-06-2011 either as Teachers /Administrators / Researchers at any level in a recognized institution/ Department of Education. .
B.Ed (Recognised by NCTE)	2 years	Telugu	1. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Home Science) / B.Com. / B.C.A. / B.B.M. / B.B.A from any University recognized by UGC. 2. Candidate Should have a minimum two years teaching experience as on 01.06.2011 as a regular teacher at any level in Govt./Local Bodies/Aided Institutions recognized by the State Govt. 3. Vidya Volunteers who have completed 2 academic years of experience and working in the present post are also eligible ( service certificate must be countersigned by MEO ) 4. Candidates falling under clause 2&3 and appeared at thefinal year Degree exams are also eligible to write the Entrance Test. Such candidates must submit their original degree certificate at the time of admission. 5. Candidates should have completed 21 years as on 01-06-2011.
B.Ed(SE) (Recognised by RCI)	2 years	English & Telugu	1. Candidate should be an Indian Citizen residing in A.P. 2. Candidates should have passed B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Home Science) / B.Com. / B.C.A. / B.B.M. / BOL or appeared for the final year examination at the time of applying for the B.Ed.(SE) are also eligible to write Entrance Test .. 3. The candidate who fulfils any of the following conditions will be preferred. a) Served a standard organization for least 2 years in any disability area. b) Be a parent of a disabled child/ children. c) Be a disabled person d) Possess a Diploma in special education of RCI. (or) Certificate of compliance Bridge course of RCI. 4. Age limit: 21 years by 1-7- 2011.

Cashless treatment to A.P.Government Employees, Pensioners and their family members (HEALTH CARDS)

1.         The Government has decided to provide comprehensive health care to all Government Employees, Pensioners, and their family members, on cashless basis through an appropriate scheme in lieu of the present medical reimbursement system. In order to implement the Scheme effectively, the Government has held a series of meetings with the Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners, and A.P. Secretariat Employees’ Co-ordination Committee representatives to discuss the scheme and its implementation modalities. Based on the inputs received during these meetings, the Government has decided to operationalise the scheme for comprehensive health care for employees, pensioners and their families in a time bound manner.

2.         Accordingly, the Government hereby constitute a Committee with the following members to analyse all aspects of the scheme and make comprehensive recommendations for its effective implementation:
