SCERT,AP వారు Formative Assessment  3 కి సంబందించిన ప్రొసీడింగ్ ఆర్డర్ జారీచేసి ఉన్నారు. దీనిని ప్రకారం 14 మార్చి 2022  నుండి ఈ పరీక్షలు జరగనున్నవి. వీటికి సంబందించిన వివరములు ఈ విధముగా ఉన్నాయి.

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the references cited above and informed that Formative Assessment- 3 for classes 1 to 10 will be conducted as per the below schedule.

2	Valuation of answer scripts by teachers	18th to        21st March 2022
3	Scrutiny/random verification of the answer scripts and             authenticity              of            valuation              by Headmasters/MEOs  in                          case of                     Government Schools, in case of aided schools and by Specially constituted  teams in case of                                       Private Unaided Schools and aided schools	21st     &     22nd March 2022
4	Uploading of marks in online	23rd       March to              27th March 2022
5	Preparation of class-wise class-wise and subject-wise lists of under-achievers and drawing up remedial coaching.	22nd        March 2022

Further, all the District Educational Officers are aware that the academic year

2021-22 was started from 16th August 2021 and the syllabus has been reduced accordingly. Keeping given the working days and coverage of the syllabus so far, Formative Assessment 4 is hereby canceled for the academic year 2021-22 only. The weightage for Formative Assessments if any will be calculated for three Formative

Assessments only. Prefinal  Exams for class X will be conducted from 4 to April 2022. Summative Assessment II for classes 1st to 9th will be conducted from 22nd April 2022 onwards (Tentative).

SoPs and COVID protocols should be followed scrupulously during conducting the examinations. Remedial teaching shall be planned for identified slow learners based on the performance in FA3 and shall ensure their seamless transition to the next level of learning.

 

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to ensure the Formative Assessment 3 is conducted as per the guidelines and time frame as suggested above and to ensure the 100% student marks entry in the school education portal within in the stipulated time without fail.
